I have found myself in many moments like this throughout my life. It's hard, really hard.
I found that when I started at myself in the mirror alone it helps to own it!
Meaning let yourself know that it sucks to feel lonely, but get to be ok with it, even enjoy "me time."
Because even if you are in a relationship you will be alone at times. If you can learn to enjoy your own company and learn to do things without relying on others, life is easier!
It's nice to be with people you love, but in order for them to be able to really love you, you need to love yourself.
